We exist to be used by God to empower teens with opportunities to thrive in life by building a strong foundation in the 4 pillars of life: mental, physical, social and spiritual.
Thrive360 was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing at-risk teens and their families with the very best fitness, sports, and after-school opportunities built on a Christian context.
We aim to show teens that following Christ is a way to address every problem and is the way to grow at every step. Following Christ affects the way we do everything at Thrive360 – how we motivate youth, the services we offer, and how we help them grow through shared adversity and challenge. We believe that character is the driver of success. We offer teens oopportunities for personal development, leadership development, and spiritual development through hard work and shared adversity. The experience of persisting through an intellectual, emotional, or physical challenge and succeeding despite the struggle is a profound one for teens which produces feelings of both competence and satisfaction. At Thrive 360, we steer youth toward those challenges that are outside of their comfort zone in order for growth to occur.
While our services are often sport and fitness oriented, we are NOT a strength and conditioning program, nor are we focused on improving individual talent. Talent is a gift of God, but it is hard work, good leadership, teamwork, and the sacrifice of self to achieve a team goal that equip teens to change their behavior and to thrive at the highest levels of family life, work, and community environment. This willingingness to sacrifice the self to the highest good is part of the process God uses to generate the kingdom of God on earth. Our objective at Thrive360 is to plant seeds that help teens understand and internalize this reality, and, in doing so, elevate their performance each day to live purposefully and meaningfully in all dimensions of life – all to the glory of God.
